Whether you're leading a school, managing a team or navigating your own path in education leadership, I offer practical, focused support that leads somewhere.
For schools and organisations
I work with schools and education organisations on the things that make the biggest difference to how well they function. My approach is practical: I look carefully at what's working and what isn't, and I leave you with something concrete you can put into action. No reports that sit in a drawer.
Bespoke consultancy scoped around your specific needs. This might mean designing a management system, building an appraisal scheme with ready-to-use templates, creating a staff onboarding framework, or reviewing your operational processes. We agree what you need, I design it, and you leave with something your team can use straight away. All work is scoped individually; please get in touch to discuss your requirements and I will put together a proposal.
Bespoke staff development programmes for teachers, Directors of Studies and school leaders. I design sessions grounded in real classroom and management experience, from one-off training days to longer programmes. Everything is tailored to your context and your people. I am based in Europe and work with schools across the continent and beyond.
I can help you build an appraisal system that works, including the frameworks, the documentation and the process. I can also conduct appraisals on behalf of your organisation where an external, independent perspective would be valuable.
Support for schools preparing for inspection or wanting to strengthen their quality assurance processes. I bring experience of inspecting and advising schools across three continents and understand what good looks like from both sides of the process.
Practical support with the people management structures your school needs: recruitment frameworks, onboarding processes, performance management documentation and HR policy guidance.
Support with planning and delivering professional development events, staff days and conferences. I have organised and co-organised international conferences and spoken at events across Europe. I can help you create something that runs smoothly and leaves people feeling it was worth their time.
For individuals
Leadership can feel isolating, particularly when you're new to a role or navigating something difficult. I offer one-to-one mentoring and coaching for Directors, Directors of Studies, aspiring leaders and women in education who want support that is honest, practical and genuinely focused on them. All sessions are held online.
A structured six-session mentoring programme for new and developing leaders. We work through the areas that matter most to you: managing people, maintaining standards, handling difficult conversations, building confidence or finding your leadership style. Sessions are one hour each and spaced to give you time to apply what we discuss between meetings. Each session ends with something concrete to take away.
For those who need something more tailored, I offer flexible one-to-one support scoped around your specific situation. This might be a short series of sessions around a particular challenge, ongoing support across a longer period, or a single deep-dive conversation. We discuss what you need and build from there.
“Working with Fari has been a truly inspiring experience, both during her inspection of our school and later when she interviewed me for seminar and podcast. Her professionalism is exceptional, but what sets her apart is the way she combines expertise with genuine warmth. She has an incredible ability to connect with people while maintaining the integrity and rigour her role demands. Whether she is evaluating a school or interviewing a colleague, she brings the same curiosity, empathy, and insight. She looks beyond the obvious, asks thoughtful questions, and creates meaningful opportunities for reflection and growth. She is a brilliant professional, an exceptional communicator, and a genuinely inspiring person. Working with her has been both a privilege and a pleasure.”
