This website is operated by Fari Greenaway, trading as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of data protection law, Fari Greenaway is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

What information I collect
This website may collect the following personal information:
- Your name and email address, when you sign up for the newsletter, register interest in the retreat or podcast, or complete the leadership quiz
- Your name, email address and message, when you use the contact form
- Your quiz answers, which are used only to generate your personalised result and are not stored or shared
I do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information from people under the age of 18.
Why I collect it and the legal basis for doing so
I collect your information for the following reasons:
- To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.
- To send you the newsletter and occasional updates about my work, services and events. The legal basis for this is your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
- To deliver your quiz result and, with your consent, add you to my mailing list. The legal basis for this is your consent.
- To notify you when the retreat or podcast launches, if you have registered your interest. The legal basis for this is your consent.
How I use your information
Your information is used only for the purposes described above. I will never sell your personal data to third parties. I will not share it with anyone outside of the services used to operate this website, such as an email marketing platform, without your knowledge.
If you sign up to the newsletter, you will receive occasional emails about leadership, management and my services, roughly once a month. Every email will include an unsubscribe link.
How long I keep your information
I will keep your email address on my mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it. Enquiries sent via the contact form will be kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and follow up on your message. I will not keep personal data for longer than is necessary.
Where your information is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, whose servers are located in the United States. Netlify is compliant with applicable data protection legislation. Contact form submissions and newsletter sign-ups may be processed by third-party services such as Netlify Forms and an email marketing platform. These services are selected carefully and are required to handle your data securely.
If you are based in the UK or EU, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. This involves setting a cookie in your browser.
